Czarnowski Collective was tasked with creating and producing the reception and car salon for Toyota’s annual National Dealer Meeting – this includes designing and activating events for over 5,000 dealers in a 300,000 square-foot space, across four days and three nights at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
We designed large open areas that allowed people to flow freely with limited pinch points, without sacrificing engaging interactive experiences; many of which would prove to be the most memorable in Toyota National Dealer Meeting history.
The scope of work for this project included: venue selection, talent management, event production, architecture, entertainment, marketing, invitation/registration, content creation, hospitality, and executive presentations.
Since taking over this program in 2019, Czarnowski Collective has produced the top two highest-rated dealer meetings, based on post-event surveys.
