Black Hat USA is the world’s preeminent information security event. As a leader in deception for cybersecurity defense, Attivo Networks wanted their limited floor space to yield maximum impact and fully immerse Black Hat USA attendees in their product universe.
A reflective, interactive funhouse maze created with custom plexiglass mirrors plunged attendees into the deception tactics of Attivo’s cybersecurity solution and allowed the sales team to educate potential customers on their complicated suite of products.
To create the funhouse effect, we designed and constructed a maze of mirrors, complete with additional lighting and vinyl graphics to guide the way.
A sound system, triggered by movement, narrated as attendees experienced first-hand how Attivo’s products detect, disorient and deceive cyber threats.
We created two demo stations and placed them at the end of the maze, grounding the complex interaction in Attivo’s solution set.
The result was an interactive experience that not only captured seven times more sales leads but also garnered significant media attention and wowed the digital security community.
